What is the Torque Release Technique?
The Torque Release Technique (TRT) is a gentle, precise approach to chiropractic care designed to work with your nervous system. It helps us identify and address primary subluxations—specific misalignments in the spine that can interfere with your body’s natural healing processes. Using a specialized tool called the Integrator, we deliver targeted adjustments with minimal force. This method ensures that corrections are accurate, comfortable, and effective, making it an excellent choice for patients of all ages, including those who prefer a non-invasive approach to chiropractic care.

What is an Integrator?
The Integrator is a specialized tool used in chiropractic care, specifically in the Torque Release Technique. It delivers gentle, precise adjustments to the spine with minimal force. Unlike manual adjustments, the Integrator ensures accuracy and consistency, making it a safe and comfortable option for patients of all ages.

Is chiropractic care safe?
Chiropractic care offers a natural approach to managing pain and improving overall health without the need for drugs or invasive procedures. By focusing on the spine and nervous system, chiropractic adjustments help restore your body’s ability to heal itself, addressing the root cause of discomfort rather than masking symptoms.

Manual techniques like Diversified Adjustments have been proven safe and effective. Studies show that the risk of adverse effects, such as stroke, is extremely low—estimated at 1 in 2 million adjustments. These statistics underscore the safety of chiropractic care when performed by trained professionals.

At Revitalize Chiropractic, we primarily use the Torque Release Technique (TRT), a gentle, tool-based method. Unlike traditional manual adjustments, TRT uses a device called the Integrator to deliver precise, low-force corrections. This makes it one of the safest chiropractic techniques available, ideal for patients of all ages and conditions, including those seeking the least invasive approach to care.

By choosing chiropractic care, you’re opting for a safe, holistic solution that prioritizes your overall well-being and empowers your body to achieve its optimal state of health.

How long does a chiropractic session take?
Our chiropractic adjustments typically take about 5 minutes. For new patients, appointments last 30 to 60 minutes, as we conduct a thorough consultation and evaluation. Re-exams, which include an adjustment, take about 15 minutes.

What is Spinal Hygiene?
Spinal hygiene refers to a set of exercises and practices designed to maintain the health and mobility of your spine between chiropractic adjustments. We offer these exercises to our patients as an at-home option to help improve posture, strengthen supporting muscles, and prevent future spinal issues. By incorporating spinal hygiene into your routine, you can enhance the benefits of your chiropractic care and promote long-term spinal health.
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently a cash-based practice, which means we offer affordable care without relying on insurance for payment. However, we are excited to announce that we will begin accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance within the next few months. Additionally, we are currently accepting Medicare.

For your convenience, we input all insurance information into our system and track which companies are most commonly used by our patients. We are always open to exploring partnerships with other insurance providers to expand the options available to our patients.

How much does a chiropractic session cost?
Our chiropractic visits typically range between $40 and $65, depending on the stage of care and the payment options you choose. We offer family discounting to make care more affordable for multiple family members. Our team is happy to discuss pricing and find the best payment plan for your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, exact cash payments (please note, we do not offer change), as well as HSA and FSA. We strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible while ensuring transparency in all transactions.

The most common way our patients pay for care is through a payment plan, which can be either monthly payments or a pay-in-full option for the recommended term of care. These options provide the biggest discount on care and make it easier for patients to manage their treatment while receiving the best value.
For New Patients
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
Currently, you do not need a referral to see a chiropractor at our practice, as we operate as a cash-based care facility. However, some insurance companies and plans may require a referral to utilize insurance benefits. You always have the option to deny the use of insurance and choose cash-only for your care if you prefer.
